Ionera is the engineering practice of Mando Neofytou, Civil Engineer, based in Kefalonia. We handle architectural and structural design, building permits, construction supervision and project management, guiding each project clearly from first drawing to completion. We also cover legalizations, Electronic Building Identity and Cadastre matters, working alongside trusted partners for specialized studies when a project calls for them.
