Ionera was founded by Manto Neofytou, Civil Engineer, MSc., with the aim of bringing a contemporary and well-rounded approach to every project, from design through to completion. Good design, consistency and organisation are at the core of the practice. Each project is approached with clarity, attention to detail and careful coordination, ensuring a smooth and well-structured process from beginning to end. Ionera combines technical expertise with the perspective of a new generation of engineers, embracing the evolving needs, tools and standards of today's design and construction industry. The practice provides architectural and structural design, building permits, construction supervision and project management, as well as property legalisations, Electronic Building Identity and Cadastre-related services. Through a selected network of external collaborators, Ionera also coordinates surveying and topographic services, mechanical and electrical engineering, structural assessment studies and interior design. The aim is to deliver every project with clear communication, thoughtful organisation and solutions that respond to both practical needs and contemporary aesthetics.
