Ionera is the engineering practice of Mando Neofytou, Civil Engineer. We take on architectural and structural design, building permits, construction supervision and project management, guiding each project clearly from first drawing to completion. Legalizations, Electronic Building Identity and Cadastre matters are part of the work too, and for specialized studies we bring in trusted partners.
Our Studio
Our studio is in Vasilikades, Erissou, on Kefalonia. Being on the island is part of how we work. We know the ground, the local building conditions and the authorities involved at each step, which means direct communication and fewer surprises along the way. From the first site visit to the final permit, you have someone close by.
